The History of Greensburg City

The roots of the city dates back to the end of Revolutionary War, when an “inn” was developed on stretched trail from Philadelphia to the west over of Appalachian Mountains. The name of the city is given after the name of Continental Army’s major general named Nathanael Greene, who was part of the American Revolutionary War.
